FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If this is your first bootcamp, you might have some questions. If you can't find the answer here then fill out our CONTACT FORM and we'll do our best to help.

How do I get started?
You can come along for a free trial session. All you need to do is contact us stating which day you would like to come along and complete our online PAR-Q medical questionnaire.
Do I have to be fit to join in?
Absolutely NOT! The main reason you would join a boot camp is to get fit! We cater for all abilities so you can go at your own pace but still have the motivation of working within a group of others who are pushing themselves.
Where do we train?
All of our sessions take place at West Byfleet Recreation Ground (see FIND US) and we'll be there come rain or shine! However, we don’t run classes in weather that is deemed unsafe for you to travel to the venue, or if the venue is shut on safety grounds.
What should I wear?
Whatever you would normally wear to the gym - Gym leggings/gym shorts, a sports bra, sports vest top/t-shirt, and a good pair of trainers. Any jewellery should be removed and left in a safe place before the sessions begin. But, as our sessions take place all year round, you may need to adapt for the season!
In winter you will want extra layers to keep warm, but can be removed if you are getting hot during the workout. A hat and gloves with suitable grip would also be good for those really cold days.
If we're lucky to have hot days in the summer then make sure to bring extra water to stay hydrated and light clothes.
In the (quite likely) event of a rainy day be prepared for the ground to be wet and muddy. Footwear with extra grip (like trail trainers) are a good option if available. Make sure to bring a light waterproof jacket with a hood. If you're arriving by car, perhaps think about bringing a change of clothes and towel!
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself and a bottle of water. All equipment and mats will be provided.
Please be aware that sessions are held in a public space, so it is advised that personal items like mobile phones, etc are brought along at the owners risk.
