Hi, I'm John and I'm here for you
I'm a dad of 2 living in New Haw, with a passion for fitness and the outdoors. After nearly 20 years of working in offices I decided it was time for a change. I've since retrained and completed my qualification as a Fitness Instructor (Level 2) and a Personal Trainer (Level 3).
